Asian Style Chicken

Perfectly paired with Husch Dry Gewurztraminer

1 lb chicken (boneless, skinless thighs or wings - your choice)
1 Tbl honey
1/2 C brown sugar
1 Tbl apple cider vinegar
1 C orange juice
1 tsp siracha hot sauce
3/4 C tamari (or soy sauce)

Mix together all ingredients except chicken, until sugar is dissolved and honey is dispersed. Taste the sauce prior to chicken addition, in case you want more spice. Place chicken into 9x12 baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and coat. Let marinate for 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
