Amanda's Favorite Crab Dip

A favorite recipe made by third-generation family owner, Amanda Holstine, to pair with 2010 'Renegade' Sauvignon Blanc and 2010 'Vine One' Chardonnay during the Mendocino crab season.

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbl Husch Chardonnay
8 oz. crab meat
2 Tbl chopped green onions
1/2 tsp cream horseradish
1/4 tsp seasoning salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Soften cream cheese with wine. Mix together all ingredients except the pistachios. Put mixture into an oven-proof baking dish.

Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or a sliced baguette.
