Fresh Fruit Salsa
Serve with 2016 Sauvignon Blanc. This salsa works well with grilled chicken, pork or rice.
1/2 ripe Cantaloupe
1/2 ripe Honeydew Melon
1 purple Plum
½ purple Onion, diced
½ bunch fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1 fresh Lime
Salt - preferably Kosher
Cut all fruit into small uniform 1/4 inch pieces. Add onion, cilantro and the juice of the lime. Salt to taste.
*Prepare no more than 4 hours in advance to avoid the fruit turning brown.
*Almost any fresh seasonal fruit can be substituted.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over grilled chicken, pork or rice.
