Soba Noodle Salad

This spicy salad is a perfect pair for the Husch 2022 Dry Gewurztraminer

8 oz soba noodles
4 Tbs toasted sesame oil
4 Tbs tamari, low sodium
4 Tbs creamy peanut butter
2 green onions, chopped
1 t red pepper flakes
splash of vegetable broth/p>

Prepare soba noodles per package instructions. In a small bowl mix sesame oil, tamari, peanut butter, green onions, and red pepper flakes. Toss mixture with cooked soba noodles, then add a splash of vegetable broth for moisture. Serve cold or warm.
