Spiced Nuts

Paired beautifully with our Old Vines Zinfandel.

3 C nuts - pecans, walnuts, almonds
1 egg white
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce/p>

Beat egg white until soft peaks, fold with nuts. Combine dry spices and sprinkle over nuts to coat, fold in tabasco. Bake in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir nuts and bake another 15 minutes. Cool.
