Tropical Fruit Salsa
Serve with Husch 2016 Muscat Canelli.
1/2 cup pear, peeled, cored & diced
1/2 cup melon, peeled & diced
1/2 cup mango, peeled & diced
2 serrano pepper, seeded & minced
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C ripe papaya, peeled & diced
1/2 C strawberries, quartered
1/2 C orange sections, diced
10 sprigs cilantro, minced
juice of lime
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend.
About 3 cups.
